You can improve your language skills not only with a tutor or online courses. Sometimes different platforms and apps like https://promova.com/app/korean-language-learning-app are enough. I personally like these apps because you can quickly learn new words, understand obscure rules, perform various tasks, etc.
I've been learning English for many years in a row. Am I satisfied? Yes, but not 100%. I think I should look for a new tutor or some other way to improve my skills.
